Afterpay sellers had no access to contact Sales teams in any of the forms across application.

By adding a Contact Us CTA to these pages, we can provide a more seamless support experience to merchants and increase conversion rates - another goal to put sellers in contact with internal teams quicker in order to highlight other products offered.

All potential Afterpay and future Cash App Pay sellers reach the status screen. This work exists to best support the Cash App Pay onboarding initiative as well as optimize Afterpay’s ability to enable multi-product adoption through our onboarding flow.

The Afterpay login page had a drop-off rate of 30%. Our team A/B tested 4 redesigned variants of the page to reduce drop-off rate early on in the onboarding process.

Afterpay’s application process begins with the lead form. The 2 main goals of this project were to understand how a single-page form would perform over a 1QAAT (one question at a time) form, as well as optimize the form for mobile applications.
